Australia/Domestic

  • Shipping within Australia is FREE using Australia Post Regular Parcel service with tracking.
  • Express Shipping is available at $15.00.
  • All orders delivered within 3-7 days of order processing if order is placed on a regular business day.
  • On dispatch, tracking number will be emailed to customer.
  • The delivery times provided are estimates only, however we do everything we can to adhere to them.
  • Please ensure all delivery details are correct. Additional charges will be incurred if an address is incorrect or incomplete and a redirection is required.
  • If your order contains an "in stock" product and a "pre-order" product we will generally ship as one package, unless a special request has been made.  We can always ship separately but an extra shipping charge may apply.

Lost or Damaged Goods

  • If your order has not arrived within 10 days of order placement, please contact us at martha@miaandco.net.au and we will track the order for you.
  • Mia&Co provides adequate packaging on all products for both transit and storage purposes. If you believe your goods have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and endeavour to provide photographic reference of the damaged packaging.

Returns/Exchanges

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your Mia&Co purchase so we have allowed returns on all full-price online orders within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase/invoice. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe; Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
  • The item must be shipped with a valid shipping tracking number from Australia Post.
  • Should you wish to exchange an item please contact martha@miaandco.net.au.  SALE items and hatwear cannot be returned/exchanged. An exchange will not be facilitated on used or worn goods. Exchanges can be declined at Mia&Co discretion if the goods are deemed damaged, used or worn.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the return shipping costs to return goods and provide tracking number. 
  • Mia&Co is NOT responsible for loss or damage of goods through return shipping. 
  • No shipping costs will be refunded, including initial shipping costs relating to an exchange.

Lay-by (in store only) Terms & Conditions

Minimum value – Lay-by is available on purchases of $50 or more.
Deposit – Each new Lay-by requires a minimum 30% deposit
Term – Standard lay-by is available on a 6 week term and must be paid in full and collected by the finalisation date printed on the receipt.  
Payments – Minimum fortnightly payments are required.
Additional Payments – In addition to the minimum fortnightly payments, you are able to make unlimited installments during your lay-by term. 
No Modification – Lay-by orders cannot be modified.  If the item goes on sale later, you are still required to pay the original price you accepted in the agreement.
Collection – The Lay-by must be paid in full before goods can be taken. 
Cancellation –  If you cancel your Lay-by within the 6 week term, we will provide you with a credit note of all amounts paid. A credit note/refund is NOT applicable if you cancel your Lay-by AFTER the 6 week term.
